Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
we understand that sometimes you may change your mind or encounter issues with our products. Therefore, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy, starting from the date of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product is in its original packaging and unused.
- The product is in the same condition as when it was received.
- You have proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt).
- The product was not bought as part of a sale or discounted promotion.
Returns and Refund Process
If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to return a product, please follow these steps
- Contact our sales team at sales@sustainavibesph.com within 7 days of receiving the item, providing your order details and reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
Shipping and Return Costs
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

Inspection and Refund Process

Gift Returns
If the item was designated as a gift during the purchase process and subsequently shipped directly to your address, you will be issued a gift credit equivalent to the item’s value upon completion of the return process. If the item was not specified as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to their address with the intention of presenting it to you later, we will process a refund to the original gift giver, informing them about the return.
Missing Items
In the event that you receive a package with missing or incomplete items, the following procedures will be applied:
- For deliveries within Metro Manila, any missing items will be promptly reshipped to you at no additional shipping cost.
- For deliveries to provinces, if you encounter any missing items, a refund will be issued for the missing items.
